Yes,Virginia,There Are Different Kinds....

....of Dandelions!  I had never thought of such a  thing until my friend, Gina, pointed these out to me in her backyard today.  You might not be able to tell from the photo, but the flower on top is a beautifully round sphere. the one in the middle is more dense somewhat like a powder puff, and the one on the bottom has a nearly flat bottom with a fluffy top.  I know that they are weeds and you probably don't want any of them in your lawns, but, they fascinate me.  Some days it doesn't take much,to make me happy!
