What a great place to celebrate a birthday.

Someone had a lot of fun putting the hotel together. Our room was double story and had its own outside patio complete with ladder to the roof, which of course the birthday had to explore.

Dinner was the best pork belly I have ever had, served in the impressive banqueting hall. .

The extras include the elaborately painted ceiling, and private dining rooms. We also went to sleep with the stars above us through the glass cupola above our bed.

Game reserve means an early start tomorrow so we had a shorter than normal catch ups with the crew online but great we could still be part of that fun too.
