The passage of time

This is the kind of store that claims to be an 'antiques' store in the US. So very different from that same concept in Europe.

Occasionally, I'm struck by how "time" seems a different commodity across our cultures: how it's used; with whom (or what) one choses to spend it; what qualifies as 'passage' in the first place.

ps: today, we had the biggest storm-that-never-was ever.

pps: today would have been my brother's 46 birthday...
