In the distance

I saw a few barn swallows flying around above the water on the outskirts of the village, the first I have seen this year .. when I got closer I saw one sitting on one of the bicycle stands .. but actually just a bit too far to get a good view of it and when I tried to get closer it flew away (see extra )  another grey and cold day .. spring weather is hard to find at the moment ..
