Or thereabouts on a ten mile cycle ride, which is what we did today. Apart from one busy road section lasting five minutes, it was really nice, canal towpath and paths through woodland.

Loving my ebike this year. It’s been wonderful getting out at weekends. If I’m wanting exercise I turn down the motor to nothing, if I’m tired or hitting a hill I turn it up and get some assistance. It has a nice little display that covers distance, speed, and battery state. Simple but effective.

We found ourselves near some old friends in Pirbright so we called in and had a nice hour of catching up on gossip.
