Completed another section of the South Dorset Ridgeway trail - started at Bincombe and walked to above Sutton Poyntz - a lovely walk . Finally got to the famous Bincombe bumps - we have seen them from a distance many times but not found the path that leads to them. They are Neolithic burial sites dating from 4,000 to 2,400 BC. Dorset is so full of incredible history. (extra)
