Shortbread

Another lovely day of relaxing holiday.
Took a break from running and accompanied Eubers and WP up the Campsies for today's burst of exercise.

Made some shortbread this morning. Decided to go for round shapes as they bake quicker that way compared to a tray of shortbread fingers. I'll take some to a friend when I visit her tomorrow - her girls want to go a walk with WP. I am also hoping to pop in on her neighbour who has a flattie puppy !!!

In other news, we all got quite excited today as Nic has said we can travel out of authority come Friday - a week earlier than planned ! Woo hoo!

In addition to visiting my friend tomorrow, Eubers is going to give me a DIY lesson so I can build a planter and possibly a wee table from a couple of pallets. Hoping to avoid too many skelfs.
