Bru with a view...

Frosty start,sunny all day and chilly again at the darkening.
A day spent spreading slurry with the demo tractor. It's a long haul to the field and have to cross another field up a steep brae to get there. Can only make it at a 45 degree run at the hill ,luckily that field will be getting ploughed later as it's making a track .
Tagged the other 2 calves that were in pens with their mothers and turfed them back out side. Took the skin coat off the twinned on calf and it was in sucking tonight so job done. Will keep it in a day or two yet though as it will need to go back to the same field as it's original mum.
One handy wee gadget in the tractor is this can holder,though how you stop an open can sloshing juice everywhere when it's bumpy I don't know. Maybe all the fields are dead flat in Italy !
