Early walk

I decided to get up early and enjoyed a walk along the river before a volunteering shift. The sun was shining and it was a lovely walk with a podcast.

I spent a few hours chatting to people who have been dealt such a difficult hand in life, makes me sad but always so grateful and humbled.

Home for soup and some paperwork this afternoon. OH playing golf with No.2 so I could concentrate without distraction. Time to get my/our pensions in order as payday doesn’t come at the end of the month any more!
