Field scabious close up

I had yet another swim today.. a really nice one with L, S and M. Great to see M swimming again - he hasn't been in good form for a while and hasn't been up to coming for a swim for 3 weeks.
I also managed to do a bit of strimming in the garden. Definitely on the mend at last!
