Departed

I'm no royalist, but 99 is a good innings and anyone's death is unpleasant for the family even if expected and after a good life. I found this stamp to mark his passing, it dates from happier times, back in 1972. For a foreign born prince of a defunct royal house, with no money or country to his name, he did well for himself - though being well connected probably did help!
