Early birthday lunch

Today I cheated and ordered a takeaway 'luxury afternoon tea' for two from our local farm shop, Elder Street Deli.... It is M's birthday next week, but he is on 'mum duty' so I thought it might be nice to celebrate today. The 'afternoon tea' package was so plentiful, we had it for lunch and dinner!  See extra for full extent. The doughnuts were freshly cooked for me as I waited! Dorsetb, you would definitely like this....
