Wot you staring at?

A beautiful day for the funeral of Prince Philip. Wonderful ceremony, music and pomp - all done with elegance and style. There may be much wrong with our country but we do know how to do important occasions. The Queen looked so vulnerable and frail but maintained incredible dignity throughout.

I was at the house of my younger daughter taking the opportunity of getting together, joined by older daughter and family. Easy and pleasant to be outside today as demanded by current regulations. After watching the funeral with its one minute silence, we all went to a local kiddies fair. Again, out in the fresh air but very little social distancing or mask wearing. Not crowded but busy enough. Blip is of some of the grandchildren on one of the rides - it looked good fun.
