Busy day

Started the day with a great run with Victoria and Laura. 10k in the chilly morning sun...perfect running conditions. We spotted herds of deer and lambs-a-plenty. We stopped to admire both...a good excuse for a breather.

Then into York with Ava as she HAD TO HAVE a particular pair of 'joggers' that she'd seen. We had a mooch...it was lovely to spend some time on my own with her, even if it cost me £30 for the privilege!!

Painted skirting boards this afternoon.

I escaped for a walk on my own with pooch this evening. I got a few funny looks and soon realised I had paint all over my face.
