Bike ride

Great weather means getting outside, and as my knee can't cope with long hikes yet, we got the bikes out. A lovely, steady ride with a coffee by the river in Bishopthorpe. I enjoyed every minute of it and the knee felt great.

An afternoon of washing, pottering and generally trying to get back in control after a hectic last few weeks.
