DAY 2 ENGLAND’S GARDEN

Lazy late start to the day...
#tasty brunch in the garden
#a circular route through orchards day fields of rapeseed...all going so well until...
#the Rev took over the map reading....1/2 hour going round in circles but then we found the way to the village of Matfield.
#all ok now chaps...we’re having a jolly olde game of cricket on the village green!!!!
Quick pub stop and then back home to the cottage.
The Rev cooked Balmoral Chicken in honour of the Duke...really yummy.
Unfortunately the hot tub had fused and the garden tap was pouring and wouldn’t turn off.
It’s the cottage’s maiden voyage and the owners were quite distressed as they were away. Within minutes....electrican and plumber had arrived ...can’t fault the owners really these things happen.
