Brother and nephew

My older brother and his son.
Reuben is 14 and has Autism.
He is non verbal so communication is tricky, but he knows what’s going on! He has to be kept busy and in regular routines otherwise the world becomes a frustrating place for him.
He loves movement and can bounce on a trampoline for hours, is great at dribbling a soccer ball and has extremely accurate catching skills.
He attends a residential school for children similar to him and is cared for by the most wonderful people. He comes home often but recently he has had some behavioural issues with the change in locations. My brother and the school are working hard on this and the timing of adolescence changes and the new world of Covid19 may have some thing to do with it.
I always admire my brother and sister in law for the devotion that they have for Reuben and the constant energy they put in to ensure he has a happy and safe future.
