Very early start this morning (was out the door at 6:30) to do a 60.5 km ride. It's the longest distance I've done so far on my Tern.

Went to Harrogate and then cycled through lovely villages to Beningbrough Hall. Harrogate > Ripley > Bishop Thornton > Markington > Ingerthorpe > Bishop Monkton > Roecliffe > Boroughbridge > Aldborough > Lower Dunsforth > Upper Dunsforth > Great Ouseburn > Linton-on-Ouse > Newton-on-Ouse > Beningbrough Hall. Then back via Thorpe Underwood > Whixley > Cattal. And got the train home from the little station there.

Beningbrough Hall looked lovely and enjoyed the Aldwark Toll Bridge. Passed the RAF Base at Linton-on-Ouse. Apparently it closed last year.

It was a lovely ride but sadly none of the nice-looking pubs we passed today were open. Gutted. I'll sleep well tonight!
