Kings and Queens

If there are Kings and Queens in the Bird Kingdom, the Kookaburras are definitely the heirarchy of the feathered creatures. Right now that is, and I do hope they are enjoying their time of superiority, 'coz it won't last!

I wonder what it is exactly, this seasonal shifting in the dynamics between the breeds? I have so much to learn about my feathered friends and I believe that there is a limit to the learning to be done through researching the words of the so-called experts. I'm convinced that the majority of knowledge is to be achieved through the daily observation of the behaviour of these freedom loving creatures.

Well here it is, the end of another week, and I have only about three more hours worth of work to do, and all of my orders will be completed! Yay!!! My mind is racing ahead of itself, thinking of all of the chores to be caught up on, as well as the projects I have in mind to either complete, or else begin, over the next few weeks.
