Slick

Dark water takes on an almost plastic feel to it in this image, surrounded by thousands of tiny bubbles. It was cold and windy and the pattern of shapes was constantly changing as the patch of whatever swirled about on the surface.

I experimented with orientation and how close to zoom in, looking for a balance between pattern and detail. Nature's natural variations at work.
