HANATOURO - "Flower light path"

Today was the opening ceremony for the Hanatouro, "flower light path", in Higashiyama, "east~mountain", in Kyoto.

The Maiko that has performed a dance for the Kami, in the Yasaka Shrine is Gauze Moon (picture uploaded Thursday 28 February 2013).

The Maiko is facing the Shrine where three Kami live. On both hands the Maiko holds two concave bamboo disk designed for carrying Camellias flowers, another Kyoto's seasonal~flower in March, and jingle bells to woke up the Kami.
