Windy Gowl

Starting at Carlops we spent the day walking through a fine subglacial meltwater channel, it is full of strange pyramid and island shaped landforms left from the last ice age, also a hanging valley.  It made for a great walk especially with this exceptional weather.  Also noted some good wildflowers.
I will be going out to the park tonight to meet with some friends so there is no end to the excitements!!!!
