Positively tropical!

A quick trip to the doc this morning...now I have a hip X-ray and a knee X-ray booked, an ultrasound and a blood test. I hate getting old and decrepit.

I got back from the docs and sat out in the summer house with my breakfast. I then sat in the sun all day and read a book. It was so gorgeous and hot and I’ve started my tan lol. It was so lovely that I decided to book an evening swim at the water sports centre. The water was fabulous and at 11.5 degrees it felt positively tropical. It didn’t have the same atmosphere as USwim but I enjoyed it and it was good to be in the water.
