Dinner

It has been at least a year since we went out for dinner at someone else's house, I think. (Maybe we did between lockdowns, I just can't remember.) But, anyway, this evening we - the Minx and I - went for dinner with two of our new neighbours from one of the houses on the square.

I managed to feel mildly anxious about it for ten minutes or so but, of course, it was absolutely lovely. I mean, there would have been plenty to talk about anyway but these were such a lovely and interesting pair of guys that the evening just flew by.

The wine flowed, too, but luckily it wasn't a long journey home. I took this photo on the way.
