Local history

Reading about a distillery, not far from here, that was founded in 1795 and dismantled in 1983. It’s now converted into flats. However, there’s a dram of it from 1974 that’s in my glass tonight in 2021. So, a bit of time traveling and social history.

End of a long day of virtual meetings so the tagine me and Mrs S prepared in the slow cooker this morning was very welcome. As was a sample of this slice of history.
