Blowin' in the wind

Tulips everywhere today it seems. These have stood up well to a very stiff breeze over recent days. I'm fascinated that they have bent in the wind but not lost any of their petals. 

I had my second jab today. Followed by a long walk along a windswept beach. As I write this J is upstairs packing to fly back to England tomorrow so I am feeling a but apprehensive. The house will be very quiet without her.
