Arrival

We have arrived at our bolt- hole for our first overnight stay.

A 70 minute journey on a bright, sunny day. It feels a world away. After some scratching our heads over how things worked, and unpacking and washing and cleaning, we settled in with a glass of wine in the sunshine. Lots of birdsong, and then as the light faded - bats. We love bats.

J has brought Ted. He has seen a lot over the years. Looks like he’s settling in too.
