In search of bluebells

Jubilee Wood, part of the Pipe Hall Farm reserve, has magnificent bluebells. 

They’ve been doing quite a lot of maintenance and in places there are fewer bluebells, but it is still a wonderful sight. They are SO hard to photograph. Our eyes see that mass of blue and it’s so hard to get the same impact with a lens. I’ve put a couple of shots in my extras.

The view of Lichfield Cathedral, however, is always full of magic.
