The love nest

As well as the  crows, blackbirds, sparrows, blue tits, etc. busy nesting,  these two amorous wood pigeons have decided to build their nest right outside our lounge window, in the " lollipop " holly bush.  ( see extra photo)
So amusing to watch. Looking through the binoculars I can just see the female  sitting in the middle of the bush . 
The male is busy bringing twigs to build the nest around her.
All seem too big, but somehow he manages to get them through the branches.
It is certainly going to be interesting when to eggs hatch out.
We have got a ringside seat!
