One night only

Today we have travelled many many miles to attend a party in Bexley Heath for Mr H's cousins eldest sons 18th birthday ! My husband is part of a huge family and these days it's increasingly difficult to get together so we try to make these events if we can. Our middle son came by train from Brizzle and the four of us travelled slowly by car taking a large detour by mistake when the sat nav did its own thing for a while. Eventually we arrived and had a lovely happy evening with the extended family some of whom we hadn't seen in quite some time. We had booked a value hotel which is clean and basic and suits our needs of somewhere to lay our heads for the night !
