Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 2 -Day 15

The Violets in the garden are looking quite good right now, thanks to the cold wind. Why the wind? Well, this is where Toffee likes to curl up for a snooze, but despite today’s sunshine, the wind kept the temperature at 13 degrees, too cold for a sun worshipping cat!

Today’s plans for an Alcatraz outing were shelved, partly due to the chilly wind, and partly due to the weariness of the inmates, thanks to an early morning visit from the electrician. But at least we now have a working oven, washing machine, fridge and kitchen light, all of which we’ve had to manage without for the last five days!
