Did a walk from Crummock Water today.  Walked along a section of the lake for Misty to have a swim.  Met some lovely people to chat to which is always good.  I met an 80 year old man who had walked around Crummock and regularly goes up onto the high fells, gulp!  I felt very unfit :)   After Misty's swim we walked in the valley between Mellbreak and Hen Comb and I very bravely crossed the ford using rocks as stepping stones and actually didn't fall in.  Started to walk up Little Dodd which I've blipped but turned back after a while so will do it another day.  Another in extras of Misty in Crummock which I've blipped many times before.  It rained for most of the journey home ... first rain for a few weeks.
