Owl (?)

Course Admin first thing and then, a lovely catchup and (sat outside) brunch with the lovely N from the Ambulance Service.
Then a personal best on the stepper at the gym followed by a loop of the Scar as the weather began the change.

This evening a journey over to one of the birthplaces of modern geology - Middleton in Teesdale - a fascinating workshop. I learnt a lot and even better picked up a few tips on how to pass that knowledge on in a fun way. Our group were so enthused that we've persuaded the geologist to do another workshop for us.

However the best part of the day was the drive over on the B6276 a wonderfully wild and remote route across the Northern Pennines. I pulled over to try and make a call when this wonderful creature flew past, a magnificent moment.
