Pastoral scene

We knew it was going to rain later today and as it’s his big birthday today, I let my husband choose today’s walk. He chose Buster hill, one of the highest points in Hampshire and we managed to get to the top at midday before the rain started. Luckily it wasn’t as heavy as it is now and we got back to where we are staying without getting too wet. Almost six miles so enough for today. I hope it’s raining at home as well. The wild garlic is just coming into flower and the cowslips obviously like chalky soil as there were loads coming into flower.
