A Hampshire lane
We decided to walk into Petersfield today, a nostalgic visit for me as I used to visit an adopted aunt there once a year with my Mum when I was young. Crossing the busy A272 was a bit of an ordeal but we managed it. We visited the pond which took twenty minutes to walk around and should be called a lake. We spotted some ducklings, one in extras. There are some really old buildings there and this one dates to the 1500s so the plaque said. Another 9 miles clocked up today and we were both rather tired. The Hampshire lane looks very similar to the one we have in Devon only this one was wider.
