but a skill I was learning in my previous life. I realised last weekend that I was in need of a hand-held mirror. I always used to have one but I don't think I've had one for the last 20 years or so. I've no idea what happened to the last one. Anyhow, this was the third reason I was trekking back and forth between Chatham and Rochester on Saturday and I've only just noticed that in fact, it's rather lovely.
