Perfect day

Mr H and I engineered having a day off together. We were blessed with a lovely day weather wise so set off with flask to enjoy a good walk. We were going to do Thruscross Reservoir, a favourite of ours, but having never managed to get parked at Fewston and Swinsty on seeing a space decided we’d do that instead. It was a lovely change, lots of butterflies and bees and flowers and budding trees and lambs and sunshine. Lovely.

We then decided to call in at MacKenzies for a take away cake and coffee(flask depleted on the walk) and were lucky to get a table for lunch so we had a lovely treat. It felt very decadent doing almost normal things....
