Distant Sprinkle

Behind as various issues to deal with, 2 years on 13th May since Ced been gone!  Thought I was dealing with monthly annual bills etc. Several in at once. Still waiting for Greener Energy (new heaters installed in November) to send electrician, I have had no follow up , and no instructions for thermostat or water heater control.  I never will get the hang of tiny  buttons, and even then it's gobbildy gook to me. No idea what time settings are. I stayed in between 3 and 5pm. Not even a phone call to say why. Rang them again today now   booked Saturday between 12 and 1pm. Sick of being left in limbo. Widowhood is so hard!! Extra rainbow appeared while I was on phone, nearly missed it.  Hope it's a change of luck...
