FRESHLY PAINTED

A few weeks ago I was enjoying the neglected quality of the worn weathered cement steps with a miniature garden on each tread. Someone has cleaned the steps and painted them white. Pristine with a different sort of beauty. I wonder how long it will take for a new "step garden " to grow?
