Droplets

The last few weeks have been cold and dry (and sunny). But yesterday and today we have had rain. So in celebration - droplets on the leaf of a recently planted heuchera.

The last 24 hours we have been worrying about my parents. Mum had her second AZ jab a couple of days ago and the next day was really poorly and ended up with paramedics at home and then being taken to hospital. My sister travelled over yesterday afternoon to keep an eye on Dad, who could not cope on his own, and hopefully to see Mum this afternoon. My brother also travelled over today to help out. We all ended up on a WhatsApp video call with Mum and sister this afternoon, with our Mum looking and sounding remarkably perky. Hopefully she will be out of hospital tomorrow, all being well. At 101 she is remarkable.
