Cragside bridges

We met up with past Blipper Elspeth and her hubby at Cragside, as the weather forecast was pretty "iffy" we thought the shelter of the trees would help keep us dry. (It didn't - the rain was pretty heavy after the first half hour).

Cragside is a wonderful National Trust property and great grounds. We managed a couple of miles round the grounds before the weather forced us to stop. That and the fact that Elspeth's Hubby and I both had knee problems. 

Dropped by the hospital in the afternoon to be told that my arthritis in my left knee has flared up badly - walking over the past few days has been very painful; at least I now know why.
