Dipper reflections
The mid-morning message from the yoga teacher was emphatic: "TOO COLD"!" And she was right. Far too blooming' cold - and damp - for outdoor yoga!
A bitty sort of day - the usual chores, some admin., a short walk down to the river, exercise on the bike, and started filling the gaps between the skirting boards and floor in the hall.
MrM and I have fallen in to some bad habits over the past year or so. We used to sit down after breakfast to do a puzzle or two together - an 'evil' sudoku,and the Guardian quick crossword. Then we started doing a word game as well, and maybe a spider solitaire too. It soon became after breakfast and after lunch and, more recently, after every meal. Much as it's nice to sit together, I'm beginning to feel that I'm wasting my life on puzzles, so today we came to an agreement. No puzzles after lunch - instead we'll each spend 30 minutes on something more constructive. Watch this space...
It was very pleasant down by the Wooler Water early this evening, especially when the sun came out for a short while, and I had intended to blip the extra. Then I spotted this little guy on the opposite bank...
