Immigrants

Spanish bluebells have taken over my garden. They are very colourful and make a great show alongside my red tulips. I do still have a few of the delicate English bluebells, but they are fast being eclipsed by the Spaniards.
It looked quite bright outside so I took my embroidery outside, but I didn’t stay out there long, it was too cold. I looked at previous blip entries for the end of April and it seems we are one or two weeks behind in the garden this year. It certainly feels as though it has been a cold spring.
