Bought this lovely dragonfly a few years ago from a car boot sale. It’s quite big and only cost £1. I think it’s made of cast iron. It’s in the garden next to an enormous fern that covers it with its huge leaves by the middle of the summer.
We’ve decided to have a new carpet in a bedroom that we decorated about a year ago, so I’ve been emptying the room today so that carpet man can pop round and take measurements. The bed’s dismantled and out but were not moving the wardrobe or dressing table until he gives us a date when he’s coming to fit it.
