Bank holiday weekend, allowed to travel within county and sun intermittently out - packed Stan the camper and headed down to South Tipp / Limerick boarder to the Galtee Mountains for walking , eating , mooching and celebrating 13th wedding anniversary :0)
Parked up in the Cush area and walked the ice path to base of Galtee Mor and Galtee Beg. Hubs walked/ran up to Lough Corra while I stayed below in Stan , happy with bookclub, as it was lambing (literally one just born as we looked over this style) and the dog wasn’t allowed on the mountainside.
Evening walk into the forestry , dog rolled in something disgusting which had to be dealt with before he joined us in the bed for the night - he smelt nicely of ecover washing up liquid after !
One pot wonder and slabs of apple cake for dinner then we snuggled in for an episode of Call me Agent . Heater fab and all good . Humans and dog zonked
