Slept pretty well - result. Woken up to lots of dog lickage- he just beside himself with being allowed to sleep on the bed with us . A beautiful sunny morning. Out for walk up the mountain lane and a different view of the mountains. Back for coffee and breakfast at 10.00. Drove to this spot, Glen of Aherlow Upper for lunch and walked a loop of the Ballyhoura way in the afternoon. It felt like Spain early on a hot summers morning - just perfect.
Home in time for afternoon tea with the McMurrays and Oonagh - more slabs of apple cake . Little baby Fia is almost walking and quite adorable. Dinner, bath, bed. Great weekend and not over yet - BH Mon tomorrow.
