Bank Holiday Monday

It rained ALL DAY ... absolutely perfect!!
Until the wind arrived early afternoon - it’s shredded the young leaves which were on the trees and everything is covered with green mess! When the weather calms down I’ll collect the “shreddings” and mulch the veggies with them.
The birds seem as nervous as we are, none of us have experienced wind for a over a month ... nest building is on hold and survival is top priority.
Fish & chips for tea and a very lazy evening.
