Heading for Winter

Not sure I properly have the gist of the theme. But these tiny autumn leaves are heralding the approach of winter. The chilly mornings let you know all about it but we have had some brilliant sunny days which is not good really as we so need rain.
Have had an extremely quiet day haven't spoken to a soul but have achieved, both with sewing and gardening .
Thankyou for all the nice remarks on my little owl it really was such a joy photographing the birds.
Made some beautiful beef rissoles for my evening meal tonight, digressed from how I usually make them and put in chopped mint and parsley and the zest and juice of a lemon , delicious.
