Baby it's cold outside

Max temp is 10°C here this initial week of May! That's very low temps for the Season.,weatherconditions range from rainshowers into sunshowers plus  wind. 
Spotted a man with his sigar, sheltering on the veranda of his little holiday bungalow and leaving the seats vacant out in the windy open. Seeing people far too little these weeks and months, I opt for a person in my blip for today.
