Fence-line landscaping

The fence separates our yard from the neighbors. Fences are something I’ve never had before, but with backyard pools most homes here have them. This area of my yard is frequently wet and muddy (not helped by Miya pacing as the squirrels run the fence). So here I am needing more plants. I plan to look into some butterfly and/or bee attractors that will grow well here. Also mowed again. My arms will be toned and freckled from working outside.
